How do you submit a mortgage case to UTB?
All it takes is three easy steps:
- 1. Once you have registered as a UTB Introducer, log in to our online portal and get a decision in principle on your case by inputting a few key details.
- 2. Use the Document Upload section on our portal to supply any required evidence.
- 3. Final step — Press submit! We will then make contact with you.
As part of our service proposition, you will be provided a dedicated contact to talk about your case at any point and discuss any checklist requirements.
Direct access to our underwriters is a service we are proud of. It really does support you and make your journey with us easy, removing any questions or unknowns you may have on your mortgage submission.
Don’t forget, you also have our field and telephony business relationship managers on hand.
